Art. 37. Los empleados indicados en el número 4º, artículo 10 de la Ley, los nombrará la Junta en febrero; no tendrán voto en las deliberaciones de ella, y su periodo será de un año, pero pueden ser reelectos. El periodo de los que se nombran ahora terminará el 31 de diciembre de este año.
