El 1º. De diciembre del año anterior a aquel en que deba elegirse Presidente de la República, para cualquiera de sus períodos, se instalará de nuevo el Jurado Electoral con el fin de revisar de nuevo el censo especial, para lo cual observará todas las disposiciones del presente capítulo, en cuanto sean aplicables al caso.
