Al fondo nacional rotatorio ingresarán todas las cantidades que se paguen por concepto de las obras que se están ejecutando o que se ejecuten de acuerdo con la Ley 107 de 1936 , y por cualquiera de las causas de recaudo que prevé la ley citada.
