Dependiente del Ministerio de Obras Publicas crease el Departamento de Interventorías, con un Director General y una Secretaria Mecanógrafa, que devengaran las asignaciones mensuales de mil seiscientos pesos ($1.600.00) y trescientos cincuenta pesos ($350.00) respectivamente, que se cubrirán con cargo al Capítulo 111, articulo 2184 del Presupuesto de Gastos vigente.
