Una vez que se lleven a cabo por el Gobierno las obras de arreglo e higienizacion de los castillos de Bocachica , en la bahía de Cartagena, para lo cual queda autorizado plenamente, aquellos pasaran a ser dependencia de la Base Naval y serán ocupados, preferentemente, por las tropas de la Infantería de Marina.
