Reuniones . Las reuniones de la Junta Directiva serán presididas por el Ministerio de Agricultura o su delegado y se efectuarán en la ciudad de Bogotá en forma ordinaria, por lo menos una vez al mes y extraordinariamente, cuando sea convocada por su presidente o por el Gerente General.
