Encargado de tomar dinero prestado, podrá prestarlo él mismo al interés designado por el mandante, o a falta de esta designacion, al interés corriente; pero facultado para colocar dinero a interés, no podrá tomarlo prestado para sí sin aprobacion del mandante.
