Créease en el Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República, el Programa Presidencial para el desarrollo de Infraestructura Nacional, cuyo objetivo es promover y hacer seguimiento permanente a las etapas de planeación, contratación y ejecución de los proyectos de infraestructura física que requiere el país.

Parágrafo

El Director del Programa Presidencial para el desarrollo de la Infraestructura Nacional, corresponderá al cargo de Director de Programa Presidencial 120-41, creado en el presente decreto.
