ART 131. En los casos en que suceda por líneas y con derecho de representación, toda persona llamada ó excluida del orden de sucesión por el acto constitutivo, se presumirá serlo con toda su descendencia para siempre; y no se podrá oponer á esta presunción sino disposiciones expresas del acto constitutivo, en la parte que fueren incompatibles con ella.
