H. El deportista, periodista, locutor, comentarista, dirigente, protagonista u organizador de un evento deportivo, técnico, entrenador, preparador físico, colaborador, dirigente, concesionario o miembro de clubes, asociaciones o comisiones deportivas que con sus expresiones, ademanes o procederes, ocasione alteraciones de orden público o incitare a ello, o participe en la comisión de actos de violencia en el marco de la realización de un encuentro deportivo, incurrirá en multa de dos (2) a veinticinco (25) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes.
