El Fondo de Vivienda y Bienestar Social creado por el Decreto 2699 de 1991 para los servidores de la Fiscalía General de la Nación, tiene entre otros los siguientes objetivos

Contribuir a la solución de vivienda de los servidores de la Fiscalía mediante el otorgamiento de créditos.

Celebrar convenios o contratos con organismos o personas especializadas en el desarrollo y financiación de programas de vivienda en beneficio de los servidores de la Fiscalía.

Procurar el bienestar general de los servidores de la entidad, estableciendo políticas y programas en las áreas de educación, recreación, cultura , deporte. y salud ocupacional.
