Incumplimiento de términos y sanciones. El oficial o suboficial que sin justa causa dejare de cumplir un traslado dentro de los términos establecidos en el artículo precedente, incurrirá en faltas sancionables por el comandante de la unidad o jefe de la nueva repartición. Asimismo, incurrirá en falta disciplinaria igualmente sancionable, el comandante o jefe de repartición que demore el cumplimiento de un traslado por parte del personal bajo sus órdenes, cuando no mediare causa aceptada por el inmediato superior.
