Los establecimientos que se creen de conformidad con las disposiciones de la presente Ley, tendrán derecho a que del Tesoro Nacional se les dé para atender a la alimentación de los menores, la cantidad de cinco pesos ($ 5) mensuales por cada detenido no pensionado que entre al instituto y por el tiempo que permanezca en él.
