Pago proporcional de la prima de servicio. Cuando a treinta (30) de junio de cada año los servidores de que trata el presente decreto, no hayan trabajado el año completo, tendrán derecho al reconocimiento y pago en forma proporcional de la prima de servicios, de que trata el artículo 22 del Decreto 717 de 1978 modificado por el Decreto 1306 de 1978. También se tendrá derecho al reconocimiento y pago en forma proporcional de esta prima cuando el servidor se retire del servicio.
