El Oficial O Suboficial Que Por Primera Vez Perdiere El Curso O Exámenes De Capacitación Para Ascenso, Tendrá Derecho A Repetirlos En Los Siguientes Términos: A) Cuando Se Trate Del Curso De Estado Mayor, En El Curso Siguiente, Pero Su Aprobación No Le Dará Derecho A Diplomarse Como Oficial De Estado Mayor

El Oficial o Suboficial que por primera vez perdiere el curso o exámenes de capacitación para ascenso, tendrá derecho a repetirlos en los siguientes términos

Cuando se trate del curso de Estado Mayor, en el curso siguiente, pero su aprobación no le dará derecho a diplomarse como Oficial de Estado Mayor.

Cuando se trate de otros cursos, ingresará al siguiente;

Cuando se trate de los exámenes de capacitación para ascenso de Suboficiales, la segunda oportunidad de presentarlos se le dará seis (6) meses después.
