Decreto 4668 de 2006 · por el cual se establecen unas disposiciones relacionadas con el capital pagado o patrimonio líquido de las empresas asociativas del sector solidario o cooperativas de transporte terrestre automotor.

Para efectos del presente decreto, se entiende por capital pagado de las empresas asociativas del sector solidario o cooperativas de transporte, el monto mínimo de aportes no reducibles, que incorpora la circular básica contable de la Superintendencia Solidaria y por patrimonio líquido el definido en el artículo 46 de la Ley 79 de 1988.

Parágrafo

El salario mínimo mensual legal vigente a que se hace referencia en los Decretos 170-175 de 2001, corresponderá al que rija al momento de cumplirse el requisito.
