Los sueldos de los empleados subalternos del Tribunal Supremo del Trabajo, del Consejo de Estado, de la Procuraduría General de la Nación y de la Fiscalía del Consejo de Estado, serán iguales a las asignaciones que devenguen los empleados subalternos, de igual categoría o funciones similares de la Corte Suprema de Justicia.
