° El Director del Conservatorio tendrá los siguientes deberos y atribuciones: 1° Asistir diariamente al Conservatorio, mantener su disciplina y convocar el Consejo Directivo cuando lo juzgue necesario; 2° Fijar al principio de cada año escolar, la distribución del tiempo para las clases y demás actos del Conservatorio; 3° Dictar solamente hasta dos clases, y 4° Informar mensualmente al Ministerio sobre la marcha del establecimiento.
