Servicios privados de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo. Cualquier persona natural o jurídica podrá prestar servicios de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo a empleadores o trabajadores, sujetándose a la supervisión y vigilancia del Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social o de la entidad en que éste delegue.
