º. El Ingeniero Director gozará de un sueldo fijo y de una remuneración eventual si ejecuta y termina á satisfacción del Gobierno la respectiva vía carretera ó de herradura en el tiempo y con el gasto que se propongan, según se determina en el artículo 21 de este Decreto.
