Si el Gobierno la resolviere favorablemente, se dejará en el expediente constancia suscrita por el Ministro de Guerra, quien expedirá al interesado el título de su derecho, dará aviso al Tesorero del Montepío y devolverá el expediente á la Junta para que lo archive. Si la resolución fuere negativa, también se devolverá el expediente á la Junta.
