Defensa Judicial. La defensa en los procesos judiciales relacionados con las obligaciones pensionales de las entidades de que trata este capítulo, que sean trasladados por Caprecom, y en la de aquellos que se inicien con posterioridad al traslado de la función pensional, deberá ser ejercida por la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión Pensional y Contribuciones Parafiscales de la Protección Social (UGPP), entidad que deberá coordinar conjuntamente con el Patrimonio Autónomo de Remanentes (PAR) las estrategias de defensa judicial y los eventos en que se deba actuar simultáneamente buscando garantizar la mejor defensa de los recursos públicos.
