Artículo veinticinco. Giros . Es un servicio de carácter bancario, que con base en la organización del Correo y de las Telecomunicaciones, facilita el traspaso y la entrega de fondos dentro de la misma o para distinta plaza autorizada, a persona natural o jurídica, con sujeción a los requisitos que señalen los reglamentos del Servicio Postal.
