Los valores que conforme al artículo anterior recaude Puertos de Colombia serán traspasados mensualmente a la Armada Nacional (Dirección de Marina Mercante), por intermedio del Fondo Rotatorio de la Armada, para su administración, manejo e inversión exclusivos en la adquisición, e instalación, refacción y conservación de los faros y boyas, y en el funcionamiento de estos servicios los que asumirá en su totalidad, de acuerdo con la reglamentación que dicte el Gobierno.
