Créase el Circuito Judicial de Ituango, en el Distrito Judicial de Medellín, compuesto de los Municipios de Peque y de Ituango, siendo este último la cabecera.

Parágrafo

El Circuito Judicial que por este artículo se crea, estará a cargo de un Juzgado, con el personal y asignaciones de los de su clase, el cual conocerá promiscuamente de los negocios civiles y criminales.
