ARTICULO 3.1.6.2.34 .- TRÁNSITO DE LEGISLACIÓN. Las entidades aseguradoras actualmente autorizadas para operar el seguro obligatorio de daños corporales causados a las personas en accidentes de tránsito que no obtengan la autorización a que alude el artículo 3.1.6.2.3. de este estatuto, quedarán imposibilitadas para ofrecer y comercializar dicho seguro a partir del 1 de julio de 1991. En todo caso, estarán sujetas, en los términos previstos en los contratos válidamente celebrados antes de dicha fecha, al pago de las obligaciones que se deriven de ellos.
