Art. 7.° En las localidades ocupadas por cultivadores de tierras baldías, el Poder Ejecutivo reservará la estension de terreno que considere necesaria para que los cultivadores actuales puedan ensanchar sus trabajos i para el establecimiento de nuevos pobladores. Esta estension de terreno que se reserva para los pobladores será fijada en cada caso por el Poder Ejecutivo, previo informe del Presidente o Gobernador del Estado o Prefecto del Territorio a que corresponda la localidad.
