Artículo primero. El Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Cúcuta estará formado por ocho (8) Magistrados y dividido en tres Salas, así: Sala Civil, tres (3) Magistrados; Sala Penal, tres (3) Magistrados; y Sala Laboral, dos (2) Magistrados.
