Fomento de estrategias de interlocución nación - territorio. El Ministerio del Interior, respetando la autonomía territorial, promoverá, en las entidades territoriales, la designación de enlaces, que sirvan como interlocutores entre el territorio y el Ministerio del Interior, en los asuntos del derecho de libertad religiosa y de cultos.
