Refórmase así la Tarifa De Aduanas:

Numeral 102 . Bandas, tiras o tafilete d cuero para el interior de los sombreros, $5.00 por kilogramo.

Numeral 102 A. Los mismos artículos de cuero reconstruido, o sean aquellos en cuya composición entre el cuero en polvo o desmenuzado, en cualquier proporción; de tela de algodón barnizada de piroxilina; de hule, de cartón que por su estampado o prensado imiten los tafiletes de cuero, aunque estén barnizados, $3.00 por kilogramo.
