De la destinación de los bienes decomisados. Si los bienes decomisados son perecederos en corto tiempo y la autoridad sanitaria establece que su consumo no ofrece peligro para la salud humana, ni para la sanidad animal o vegetal, podrá destinarlos a entidades sin ánimo de lucro, a consumo animal o a usos industriales. En los dos (2) últimos casos, si se obtiene provecho económico, éste ingresará al Tesoro de la entidad que hubiere impuesto el decomiso, para destinarlo a los programas a que se refiere el artículo 172 de este Decreto.
