La suma de veinticinco mil pesos ($ 25.000) decretada como auxilio a favor del Municipio de Tumaco para que atienda a los servicios públicos durante el año de 1948, será entregada al Tesorero Municipal de esa entidad, quien deberá prestar fianza a satisfacción de la Contraloría General de la República por la cuantía que señale dicha entidad, debiéndolo rendir cuentas del manejo e inversión del auxilio, de conformidad con las disposiciones vigentes o las que al efecto dicte el Contralor General, y de la manera siguiente: tres mil pesos ($ 3.000) , en el mes de enero y dos mil pesos ($ 2.000) al finalizar cada uno de los meses restantes de 1948.
