ARTICULO 29 . Normas Generales para las Reuniones de la Junta Directiva. - En ausencia del Ministro de Defensa Nacional, presidirá la reunión de la Junta Directiva del Hospital Militar Central, en su orden

1.

El Ministro de Salud;

2.

El Comandante General de las Fuerzas Militares;

3.

El Rector de la Universidad Militar Nueva Granada. El Director General de la entidad asistirá a las reuniones de la Junta Directiva, con derecho a voz pero sin voto. Actuará como Secretario en la reunión de la Junta Directiva, el funcionario que determine el Director General del Hospital Militar Central.

Parágrafo

La Junta Directiva podrá sesionar válidamente con la asistencia de cuatro (4) de sus miembros y las decisiones se tomarán por mayoría. CAPITULO VIII. CAJA DE VIVIENDA MILITAR
