TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo tercero. La solicitud de matrícula deberá hacerse presentando los tres (3) últimos números de la Pública cien, y depositando copias periódicas de ella en el Ministerio de Educación, una vez concedida la autorización de expendio. Los importadores y distribuidores al por mayor deberán prestar una caución en virtud de la cual quedan obligados a retirar inmediatamente de la circulación la Pública cien o revista, si su calidad decae según lo establecido en el presente Decreto.
