°. Subsidio mensual de alimentación . El Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA) reconocerá y pagará a todos sus empleados públicos de tiempo completo un subsidio mensual de alimentación en cuantía equivalente al veinte por ciento (20%) del salario mínimo legal mensual vigente. No se tendrá derecho a este subsidio cuando el funcionario se encuentre en disfrute de vacaciones, en uso de licencia superior a quince (15) días, suspendido en el ejercicio del cargo o cuando el SENA suministre el servicio de alimentación.
