Art. 7º Para evitar toda clase de dificultades y tropiezos en el funcionamiento del Almacén creado por este Decreto, sus empleados se consideraran como parte del personal del Ministerio de Guerra, y por lo tanto, no sujetos a ninguna otra jurisdicción civil o militar, quedando todas las autoridades de una y otra especie obligadas a prestarles el auxilio y protección que hayan menester, inclusive la franquicia de telégrafo, correos y pasaportes que demande el buen servicio.
