º. Recaudo de la Cuota. La Cuota de Fomento Hortifrutícola se recaudará a partir de la fecha de perfeccionamiento del contrato que para la administración del Fondo Nacional de Fomento Hortifrutícola y el recaudo de la Cuota, suscriba el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural con la Federación Nacional de Productores de Hortalizas y Frutales o con la entidad administradora gremial del subsector hortifrutícola, en el evento señalado por el inciso segundo del artículo 9º de la Ley 118 de 1994.
