Para opera, cualquier fuente fija artificial existente de contaminación del aire, con excepción de las indicadas en el artículo 138 de éste decreto, se requiere autorización sanitaria de funcionamiento expedida por el Ministerio de Salud o la entidad en quien éste delegue, con sujeción al procedimiento señalado en este decreto para obtenerla.
