De la financiación de acreencias laborales. El pago de indemnizaciones y acreencias laborales se hará con cargo a los recursos del Instituto de Seguros Sociales en Liquidación. En caso en que los recursos de la entidad en liquidación no sean suficientes, la Nación atenderá estas obligaciones laborales con cargo a los recursos del Presupuesto General de la Nación.
