En cuanto a la estadística mercantil, como sólo dependen del Ministerio de Industrias, los asuntos referentes a seguros, patentes, marcas de fábrica, pesas y medidas y legalización de compañías extranjeras, las estadísticas de esos ramos deberá formarse automáticamente con los datos existentes en la sección respectiva y los que se soliciten de las Gobernaciones, Intendencias, Comisarías, Alcaldías y Administraciones de Aduana.
