° Si se tratare de las vías a que se refiere el artículo 13 de la Ley citada, se estipulará igualmente en el contrato que las cuentas de construcción de la obra deben ser rendidas al Ministerio de Obras Públicas en la forma legal, para que dicha entidad la examine y fenezca.
