Corresponde en especial a la Sección de Contabilidad y Presupuesto:

Elaborar y registrar los comprobantes de diario;

Presentar balances mensuales a la Contraloría General de la República;

Elaborar relaciones de débitos y créditos, devoluciones de acreedores, comprobantes de ingresos, y adicionales, contabilizar las contribuciones y legalizar avances.
