A las líneas de crédito de que trata el artículo anterior solo tendrán acceso las cooperativas de 1° y 2° grado de agricultores, ganaderos, pescadores, acuicultores y las asociaciones gremiales de productores agropecuarios, pesqueros y de acuicultura, sin ánimo de lucro, debidamente registradas en el Ministerio de Agricultura. El Ministerio fijará las condiciones para la inscripción y vigencia del registro.
