Artículo 1° Con destino a la terminación y conservación de las siguientes vías nacionales, en el Departamento de Bolívar: de la carretera de Tolú a Magangué, pasando por Sincelejo; de la de Montería a empalmar con la de Tolúa Magangué, y de la del Carmen de Zambrano, sobre el rio Magdalena, establécense los impuestos de peaje que siguen, a saber:

Veinte centavos ($ 0-20) por cada carga de mercancías o de frutos del país;

Diez centavos (0-10) por cada carga de víveres o comestibles, y

Veinticinco centavos ($ 0-25) por el paso de cada cabeza de ganado mayor.
