° Las contravenciones a lo estipulado en este Decreto se castigarán con multas de $ 10 a $ 500, que serán impuestas por los respectivos Alcaldes o por los veterinarios oficiales con jurisdicción en el Distrito donde ellas se cometieren. De dichas multas podrá apelarse al Ministerio de Agricultura y Comercio, y el valor de ellas ingresará al respectivo Tesoro Municipal. Comuníquese y publíquese.
