° Los Consejos Intendenciales se instalaran el quince (15) de enero de cada año y sus sesiones ordinarias durarán cuarenta (40) días. También podrán reunirse en sesiones extraordinarias convocadas por el Intendente, previa consulta con el Gobierno Nacional. En éstas sólo se ocuparán de los negocios o asuntos que el Intendente les proponga o recomiende.
