El Fondo Nacional del Ahorro, y las demás entidades de derecho público que capten ahorro privado, como fondos de capitalización social o de desarrollo regional, podrán destinar parte de sus recursos para inversión en obligaciones de valor constante emitidas por las corporaciones privadas de ahorro y las asociaciones mutualistas de ahorro y préstamo.
