Los Síndicos que, en los casos á que se refieran los artículos anteriores, no pudieren recaudar las cantidades de que en ellos se trata, quedan exentos de responsabilidad si hubieren hecho las diligencias conducentes para recaudarlas; y, en el caso de que se trate de cantidades dadas á mutuo, si hubieren hecho el préstamo legalmente autorizados.
