Articulación del Pomiuac con el Plan de Ordenación y Manejo de Cuenca Hidrográfica (Pomca). El Pomiuac suministrará insumos técnicos para la elaboración del Pomca. La ordenación y manejo de la cuenca en la zona costera se realizará hasta la subzona de bajamar o franja de transición, incluyéndola. (Decreto 1120 de 2013, artículo 6 ° ).
