Son atribuciones del Grupo de valoración preliminar: - Analizar la situación de riesgo de cada caso, según la información provista por el Ctrai. - Presentar al Cerrem la determinación sobre el nivel de riesgo y un concepto sobre las medidas idóneas a implementar. - Elaborar, en un plazo no mayor de 30 días hábiles, la evaluación y reevaluaciones de nivel riesgo. - Darse su propio reglamento.
